Dispatch Policy

We strive to process and dispatch all orders in a timely manner. Our dispatch timelines are as follows:

• Non-Bespoke Items: Dispatched within 3 to 4 working days.
• Embroidered Items: While we aim to dispatch within 7 days, please allow up to 21 days for production and dispatch.
• Heatseal Products: Dispatched within 3 to 4 working days.

All timeframes are estimates and subject to stock availability, production schedules, and unforeseen delays. Customers will be notified of any significant delays affecting their order.
